Shipping Policy

It is the customer’s full responsibility to make sure that their country’s Customs does not have restrictions on plant based and natural products. Jungle Medicine House, it’s agents, affiliates, partners, employees, founders and owners are not responsible for any liability – arising from orders that have been seized, confiscated, destroyed, lost, delayed, or returned by Customs and/or International Postal services.

Also, we cannot accept any liability due to damage, loss, or contamination of the package and contents during International shipping or Customs process.

Furthermore, we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any shipping delays due to ‘major forces’, which are beyond our control – e.g. Natural disasters – earthquakes, hurricanes, typhoons, etc. This also includes Industrial action – such as Postal Strikes or Air Strikes, or any major Political issues which cause problems with Postal services.
